Author: Edison Jaquez

A Second Chance: Life Lessons Turned into Living Dreams is an inspirational autobiography about a little boy who came from the Dominican Republic and grew up to be an influential leader in his Perth Amboy, New Jersey hometown.

By reading this book, you are guaranteed to feel motivated and inspired to make changes within your life and be a better you. Many of us may have our own life experiences that we feel hold much value and should not be kept a secret. The author, Edison Jaquez, while feeling angry and disappointed in himself, chose to use his experience to impact the youth starting within the prison walls he fell into when he was 27 years-old.

Upon his release, Edison realized he found his strength and passion giving back to the community. He was able to realize his dreams and started his mentoring organization, B-Men, in 2013. He has personally impacted the lives of 40 boys who could otherwise be caught up within our stale justice system. Instead, he gave them a chance simply by believing in them. This quick and easy read is bound to touch your heart and challenge your inner self.
